1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Hovapay's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nigeria to use our services. By using Hovapay, you represent that you meet these eligibility requirements.

3. Account Registration

To use our services, you must create an account with accurate and complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

4. Services

Hovapay provides bill payment services including but not limited to airtime recharge, data bundles, electricity token purchase, TV subscriptions, education payments, and bulk SMS services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time.

5. Payments and Fees

All payments are processed in Nigerian Naira (NGN). Transaction fees, if applicable, will be clearly displayed before you confirm any transaction. All completed transactions are final and non-refundable unless there is a technical error on our part.

6. Refund Policy

Failed transactions due to technical issues will be automatically refunded to your wallet within 24 hours. For disputes regarding successful transactions, please contact our support team within 7 days of the transaction date.

7. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use our services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems
• Interfere with or disrupt our services
• Use our services for money laundering or fraud
• Provide false or misleading information

8. Limitation of Liability

Hovapay shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount of fees paid by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and intellectual property on the Hovapay platform are owned by or licensed to us. You may not use, copy, or distribute any content without our prior written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nigeria.
